In this episode, I share strategies that you can put into place as a protective parent when your child is anxious about going on their court-ordered visits. These include:
As a bonus, you can download my FREE Mini-Guide: How to Decrease Your Child's Anxiety Around Visits to accompany this episode and to give you some tangible strategies to try with your children that will help them build their resilience and give them a sense of agency when they have little to no control over their situation.
You can grab your Mini-Guide Here.
