Today we are talking about "Positive Parenting through Tantrums: Understanding, Preventing, and Responding with Empathy"

Tantrums are obviously a challenging experience for both children and parents, but with positive parenting strategies, we can help our children learn to manage their emotions in healthy ways. I've also noticed that when eczema is at its worst, the amount of undesirable behaviors and tantrums goes up. This makes sense to me because one, our sweet babies are not comfortable so that doesn't help behavior, but also they are suffering from a heat condition, and heat naturally rises, and it undoubtedly affects their temperament and behavior. 

My goal is to best equip your family and my family to address these situations in the most loving, harmonious, mature way possible. Thus, I've dove deep into four different parenting philosophies to see what they say about the subject and what they recommend.

Today I am condensing the teachings from "Love and Logic," "Positive Parenting Solutions," "Generation Mindful," and "No Bad Kids," in efforts to help us all consciously choose a way of parenting that might not be intuitive, but produces results and help our little ones navigate their way through their emotions, feelings and ultimately eczema.
