1.   Feel your feelings.
2.   Give yourself a timeframe how long you are going to let yourself sit in the feeling. 
3.   Speak your truth if you can.
4.   Don’t try to control the situation. 
5.   Reflect and try to understand what happened. 
6.   Work through the feelings and find acceptance.
