Christina shares how her addiction resulted in both mental and physical health problems, affected her relationships, and damaged her self-esteem. Despite achieving huge success in her career, she was fighting a secret battle, all the while hiding behind a smile. 

Today, at almost three years sober, Christina is priortising her personal development and is committed to her recovery more than ever before.
