This is part one of a three-part series on functional lab testing with our Functional Fertility Dietitian, Anabelle. Over the next few episodes, we’ll dive into the three main labs we use to help clients get to the root of:

In today’s episode, we’re starting with one of our favorite tests: the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).

HTMA helps uncover what’s going on beneath the surface by showing us the mineral imbalances that drive hormone and energy dysfunction. This can be both validating and empowering, giving you the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
