After the success of Ep257, we’re back with another instalment in the new practice series.  This time, with a friend of the show, Tony Ebel.

I asked Tony how he would build a practice from scratch in a community where no one knew him and he only had $20K to invest.

Tony shared the exact strategy he would use to attract new patients, what he would spend his money on and when he would hire his first staff member.

After knocking it out of the park, I threw another “curly” question at him.  This time, imagine that you had to start a practice on the other side of the country, you were never allowed to visit in person and you couldn’t deliver any of the services.  What would you do and how would you make this a success?

This is where Tony excelled and his answers were dripping with wisdom.

Tony explained how we would hire staff, what he would look for in associate chiropractors (this surprised me) and how he would accelerate the growth of his team members.  Brilliant!

He is a health and wellness “junkie” who loves CrossFit, reading and learning, spending time with his family, and sports.
