Ep282. The Truth About Being Yourself On Social Media. Dr Monique Andrews

Listen Later

There's a lot of pressure to be someone you're not on social media. But what if being yourself is the key to success?

Check out this episode to find out more.

It's easy to get caught up in trying to look perfect or portray a certain image, but that's not always authentic.

In fact, being yourself on social media is the key to success. When you’re genuine, potential patients are more likely to trust you and connect with you.

My guest on the show this week is Dr Monique Andrews ( Dr Mo as she’s affectionately known) and we share a fascinating conversation about the role that authenticity plays in social media, practice and life.

We discuss healing past trauma, accessing our authentic selves and leading more people  both in and outside of our practices.

Dr Mo also blows my mind with some exciting developments in chiropractic science.

Enjoy the show.

Thanks for all you do. Keep saving lives.

Angus
