Today’s episode was a real treat for me. I got to speak to my favourite instagrammer, Dr Lauryn Brunclik.  If you’re not following Lauryn already, then as soon as you finish this episode go and do it!

I constantly laugh out loud at her reels and I marvel at her insight and wisdom.

Lauryn Brunclik is a chiropractor of 12 yrs, mom, podcaster, wife, superhost on Airbnb, chiropractic coach, course creator, runner, Christian, and pizza enthusiast…yep she’s super busy! 

Today Lauryn and I talked about her creative processes. She shared how she comes up with content, where she films her videos, what works and what doesn’t and she gives me a sneak peak into her fantastic new project that she’s releasing shortly.
