Wow gang…this one was DEEP!  Strap in!

I’ve always found it interesting that as health practitioners we do a brilliant job looking after our patients but often a lousy job looking after ourselves.

Let me be the first to confess…I am not immune to this. In the past 20 years I’ve driven myself to anxiety attacks, chronic fatigue and chronic pain more times than I’d like to admit!

This week I was joined by Bettina Tornatora….Bettina is a coach, consultant, facilitator, author and along with her husband Jim they run an organisation called LUX Consulting Group.

We talked all about the concept of  'Who we need to become” and in particular why all the strategy and marketing in the world does not matter if we cannot meet the version of ourselves we need to be to execute and then maintain our growth.

Bettina shared about the importance of worthiness, gratitude and what it takes to finally feel good enough.
