Soooo I spontaneously attended an all women's spiritual retreat here in Costa Rica!!! It truly just fell into my lap, thank you uni <3 At first I was so nervous to go because I really wasn't sure what to expect and it ended up being one of the most impactful things I've ever done and an experience I will alway cherish. I had so many takeaways from it and you guys were curious about my time there, so I figured I'd bring it here to the pod to pass on some of the wisdom I learned!! This epi is all about saying yes to yourself, leaping into the unknown with curiosity rather than fear, and the importance of personal reflection and healing. Lots of love!!!
