Alisha Bruhl received her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Toledo. She started her career in sports and orthopedic physical therapy with a focus on treating endurance athletes.
Alisha began as a pelvic floor physical therapist 5 years ago and has since been dedicated to continued learning and empowering women with information about their resources. Alisha is currently pursing a certification in obstetrics as treatment women in pregnancy and postpartum is a special interest. She is a wife, mom of two busy toddlers and an exercise enthusiast!
