In this episode, BCBA Natalie Odio, the owner of Onward Behavioral Services, shares how to use non-contingent reinforcement in a user friendly way. Natalie defines NCR and shares classroom based examples as well as examples from her own life. We discuss how to select time intervals and utilize this strategy within a busy classroom setting.
