Ruby has a powerful mental health story and shares all the diagnosis she was given in her early twenties and how she was prescribed multiple pills which ultimately led to an Ativan addiction. She survived a suicide attempt, battled addiction and abusive relationships which led her to turn to holistic healing and a beautiful personal development space, ultimately growing to a place to now help others.

On this episode Kaylor and Ruby are discussing leadership and people being the leaders and creators of their lives, accountability, ownership and responsibility. They're also talking about the transformation of leadership as we know it in the world today. They also discuss Justin Trudeau and his incongruent 'leadership'. They get into community, people that are still asleep, individuals being grounded in their core beliefs and those who blindly follow.
