Sometimes having someone else look at your business and evaluating what you have going on can be a great thing to go through. This doesn’t mean paying a consulting company or anything crazy. What we’re talking about today could range from a talk with a friend in the business to someone in a group you belong to. Maybe you’ve been doing something wrong or costly and having someone point that out could help you in the long run. You’ve gotta be open to what they’re gonna say though and not get offensive if you asked for it and they don’t tell you what you want to hear. This is a good show because the ultimate goal here is for everyone to grow there business the best they can and this is a step that shouldn’t be missed.
