In this episode, hosts Mandy and Gillian welcome IFBB Bikini Pro Brittany Shulman.  Brittany is a wife and a mom to a 4 year old daughter and earned not one but TWO IFBB pro cards at the Ben Weider Naturals pro qualifier in 2022!  Brittany shares the remarkable story of earning her pro status after almost ending her season early that same year and competing at her pro debut on the very same day!  Brittany recently obtained her qualification for the 2024 Ms Bikini Olympia winning the Ben Wieder Pro in 2023 and shares with our audience her plans for the road to the “O”.  Brittany shares how she juggles mom life and her family obligations as well as her aspirations for growing the fitness community around her with the launch of her fitness coaching business.  She shares how she first got started competing after the birth of her daughter and what her experience was like pursuing her pro card in 2022.  Brittany also shares her perspective on competing as a masters competitor in the open category and the importance of strategy in selecting shows to compete in.  You won’t want to miss this incredible interview and we hope that this encourages you to reach for your greatest goals because as Brittany shares if you speak it into existence, it will happen!
