Every single cell in your body utilizes iodine in some way or another. It plays a huge role in fertility, thyroid health, fibroids, adenomyosis, heavy periods, endometriosis — the list goes on!
But the thing is, we usually aren't deficient in iodine, we just have blocked receptors, meaning our body can't properly use that iodine.
