In the world of ADHD, we are said to have a deficit of attention. It seems to be a currency that each child owns and can give freely. But what makes a child not want to give attention? And what if that child perhaps also doesn't receive the kind of attention they need from their parents, teachers and other authority figures?

Could it be that we've been giving away our attention to people, organizations, platforms and so-called beliefs and truths without actually consciously choosing to do so?

Perhaps it's time to start the 'Attention Liberation Movement' and for all of us to claim not only our sovereignty but also to take back our attention and start over.
