Houa Utech is an International Trauma-Informed Coach, advocate, and author who specializes in helping women recover and reclaim their lives from Betrayal Trauma, Covert Narcissistic Abuse, Complex PTSD, Divorce, and Post-Separation Abuse.

Houa has personally experienced covert narcissistic abuse and trauma from infidelity and betrayal which led to her developing anxiety, panic attacks, and complex PTSD.

In her search to find understanding and healing, she discovered a whole community of women dealing with similar experiences of intimate partner abuse, post-separation abuse, and abuse from within the Family Court system. With the knowledge and healing practices used in her own journey, she has made it her mission to bring awareness, provide education, and help women move from living in survival mode to thrive beyond abuse and trauma.
