Episode 254: How Thought Leader Positioning MADE My Business

Listen Later

Euphoric 3.0 is here, where entrepreneurship and alcohol-free living collide.

This podcast has evolved so much since its 2018 inception.

In the beginning, Karolina hosted Euphoric with her friend Danielle as a passion project at the beginning of her alcohol-free journey.

In 2022, the pair amiably parted ways and Karolina took over. She introduced Euphoric 2.0, rebranding the podcast to focus on helping women achieve fulfillment and purpose.

Today, Karolina talks about its newest iteration, and how positioning herself as a thought leader made ALL the difference in her entrepreneurial success.

Don't own a business? That's OK! If you have a passion and are trying to make an impact, this episode is for you. Want to write a book? Start a nonprofit? Build an audience? Keep listening.

Karolina reveals her playbook on thought leadership, why it's her word of the year for 2025, and why this is the identity that ALL of us should adopt in the new year.

IN THIS EPISODE:

  • What Brene Brown, Mel Robbins, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Brendan Burchard have in common
  • Why embodying the thought leader mindset is essential for your business growth and personal transformation
  • Karolina's 6-month mastermind: a game-changing journey culminating in an elite VIP event in Paris
  • Why sometimes 10x is easier than 2x, forcing your brain to look at the bigger picture instead of incremental improvement
