Episode 33: How To PIVOT Your Thoughts

As most of you know, Justy and Steph both lost over 100 pounds, but used different methods of getting there. They've both been on a weight loss journey for YEARS, losing and gaining weight. But around 2019/2020 they each knew they had to get serious about it.

Steph had weight loss surgery in 2020 and since then has dedicated herself to learning how to navigate through the mental side of weight loss/maintenance. 

Justy did not have weight loss surgery, and peope always ask her... how did she do it? What's her secret? She had always been good at losing little by little, but had some gains in there as well. In 2020 she really got a hold of her health and starting practicing what she calls her PIVOT Method. 

The PIVOT method is where she really began to see results. And learning from watching Justy practice this, Steph has adopted it too. At this point, it's become more of a habit for them both. But it took years to get here!
