As much as we want athletes to stay with us for life, many will eventually leave due to their own life changes.

But we, as coaches, do share a role in keeping them in sport for a long time, and making sure they build their training towards big scary goals in a sustainable way.

If they stay in sport - they stay with us for life.

But first it's our job to help them stay in sport :)
