This quote leads us into our guest Justin Kuehn. Coach Kuehn is a GA Sports performance coach at NDSU. I first heard of Justin when I was a GA at St.Olaf college and performed a mock interview with him, I was very impressed with his answers and have stayed in touch ever since. Today we talked about training for wrestling and how Justin Goes about it, the life of a GA and climbing your Everest.
