In today’s episode, we are joined by Celeste Rains-Turk, an industry leading expert in the area of food relationships, body image, post show struggles and mental health in the fitness industry.  Celeste is the host and founder of the “Confessions of A Bikini Pro Podcast”, the founder of “Build More Than Just A Body” where she guides competitors in their journey to making peace with food, their body, and their goals as well as the best selling author of the personal development book “Believe Your Way to Badass!”.  

Celeste herself has been competing in bodybuilding for almost 10 years and with her training and education, she learned early on that there was a need for conversations and support for athletes struggling with body image issues, emotional eating, post-show blues and other mental health struggles.  Through her website, where she provides tons of free resources, her individual coaching program and her podcast, Celeste has helped so many women overcome the struggles they are facing and we were so honored to have her on the podcast to pick her brain and provide our listeners with many tools to help them have successful and happy competition preps!
