1. Block Mtor1 and the production of senescent cells with rapamycin
Dr Alan Green 6 mg dosing. Dr Mogan uses between 2- 4 mg
Weekly motr1 supressing, no immune suppression.
2. Take senolytics to stimulate autophagy and mitophagy and lower senescence ie must prune the bad mitochondria before stimulating them and stimulating growth of mitochondria. For this I use Rapamycin, Dasatinib, Fox04 DRI (MWF 0.5 - 1 mg for 4 months), and the Life Extension Senolytic Activator (twice a week for a couple of months). Fasting also accomplishes this.
3. Then stimulate mitochondria using:
5 Amino 1 MQ
Mots-C, SS-31, etc
Free form amino acids
NMN
4. Optimize Hormones incl HGH, Melatonin
5. Target Weight Loss, Insulin Resistance, Semaglutide
6. Targeted peptides for each specific person's need including BioRegulators and many others...
7. Technology including PEMF, Nanovi. Red lights, etc.
8. Exercise including HIIT
