Today I share a lighter energy for this week’s theme - new beginnings, where we can feel that the initial shock of what’s happening around us starts to settle. But, we must recognise that every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end — so while there may be new beginnings, we must also give ourselves time to grieve what’s ending.
