In this episode of Bikinis After Babies, we are recapping all the fun of show weekend following the Indy Pro Super Show and the NPC Missouri State!  Gillian stepped on stage in her second pro show and shares all the details of the experience, the outcome, judge feedback and how she is strategizing a game plan for her next competition!  Both of us coached athletes this past weekend and shared not only the rundown of how the weekend went but how much we enjoy the process of helping our athletes on their journey to the stage!!  

As we are in the full swing of summer, we also share our advice and tips for staying fit all summer long!  From pool parties and BBQ’s to weekends at the lake and boating, this time of year can pose it’s challenges but we have some great tips for our audience that have helped us to stay on track all summer long!
