At the beginning and at the end of each day there is just one thing that you need to be aware of on a consistent basis, and that is your numbers because as the title of this episode says, Numbers Don’t Lie.  I have learned in my dealings across North America that there are many out there that don’t know their KPIs readily and that tells me that they are not in complete control of their business.  How in tune are you with yours?
