I break down why this pain happens, including hormonal changes, shifts in posture, breathing patterns, and pelvic alignment, and how all of these pieces connect.
I also walk you through what actually helps, including strength and mobility work, breathing strategies, exercise modifications, and supportive tools. I talk about when to seek extra support, what to avoid if pain keeps popping up, and how to better stabilize your body so you can move, work out, and enjoy pregnancy with more comfort and confidence.
