I ran the Badwater 135 this past week, and it was the hardest thing I've ever done.
The mental battles I faced out there were unlike any other; combine that with fatigue coming off racing Western States 100 one month prior, 120+ degree temps, and tons of climbing, this was a battle.
In this episode, we go through the play-by-play of the whole race, along with tips, strategies, and lessons to help you overcome any challenge you face in an ultramarathon.
Q&A portion will be released tomorrow in a separate episode!
