Back by popular demand, in this episode Emily has her dad, Doc Hayden, as a guest for a new series called What's Up Doc? If you don't know Emily's dad Patrick, he has over 30 years of experience in health and fitness, marriage and raising his children. He has a very diverse background in the medical industry from sports rehab, to becoming a naturopath doctor, nutritionist and trainer. Through his life experiences and speaking to countless people, he comes to today's show with plenty of wisdom and willingness to share his knowledge on everything he's learned along his journey.
