You know how everyone talks about launching being a one-time thing? Yeah, that's why they're stuck. The truth is there are three different types of launches working together that create real momentum. One puts you on the map. One pays the bills consistently. And one? That's the secret money maker nobody talks about. Colin's been running his coaching business for almost 18 years, and he's tested these strategies at every level-from side hustle to multi-million dollar operation. In this episode, he breaks down exactly how to layer all three together so you're not just making money once a year, you're building a consistent revenue machine. Real Insights:

The Big Launch can generate 300K-500K in 4-5 days (one client did $3.2M in 4 days), but it requires "going pro"-serious planning, energy, and commitment, not a side project.

Most coaches only do one launch per year, which isn't enough to hit their revenue goals. 3 Launch Strategies I Use To Grow My Million Dollar Coaching Business

Online events tend to convert weak. Connection feels distant. People disappear after the training. Then you run an in-person workshop. Same content. Same you. And something magic happens. In this episode of The Expert Edge, I break down the in-person workshop formula that separates six-figure coaches from seven-figure coaches. This is Part 1 of a deep dive into the most powerful tool for scaling your business in 2026. One of my Elite clients went from $15K-$20K a month to $90K a month. After Sell from Stage Live, she told me "I never would have created this without your program." That conversation wouldn't have meant the same in a Zoom call. Here's what most people don't realize: in an AI world where information is everywhere, real human connection is becoming increasingly rare and increasingly valuable. In-person workshops create that connection. They build community. They increase enrollment. They create stickiness so clients stay longer. What you'll learn: → The 5 big reasons in-person events work (and why online can't compete) → Results - Information becomes implementation when people are in the room → Ascension - The magnetic pull of being physically present with the leader → Proof - Real footage of you on stage becomes your best marketing asset in an AI world → Community - Peer bonds that can't be created online → Stickiness - How in-person events keep clients longer and more committed → The three types of workshops - Implementation events, signature live events, intimate intensives Real insights from the episode:

Why I spent $50K at a free event (the power of in-person)

The client transformation story: $15K to $90K through community and connection

How in-person creates proof through real footage (critical in the AI age)

Why online community can't replace physical proximity

The three event types explained (and which one to run first)

Why cutoff dates and early-bird bonuses drive registration

The follow-up sequence that keeps momentum after the event

Join us at Sell From Stage Live in-person event September 18th and 19th in Huntington Beach, California Register here: https://training.colinboyd.co/ssa-live-event Interested in Elite? How to Be Confident When Having a Conversation with a Stranger – Part 1

Your bank account just sent you a distress signal. Not because you don't have a good offer. Not because people don't like you. It's because you're doing everything except the one thing that brings money in the door: selling. In this episode of The Expert Edge, I break down 3 fast-action strategies to create real revenue in 48 hours-without burnout, without icky sales tactics, without waiting for the universe to align. Here's the brutal truth: the gap between "I have a great program" and "I made $5K this week" isn't about better marketing or a prettier sales page. It's about shifting into sales mode. And it doesn't take 90 days. It works this week. I've used these strategies to generate cash quickly throughout my 17+ years building my business. They're not long-term scaling tactics. They're short-term power moves that remind you that you're a salesperson first and a perfectionist second. What you'll learn: → Get into sales mode - Why "rearranging business cards" isn't selling (and how to actually shift into sales energy) → Pick the low-hanging fruit - Your Stripe dashboard is a goldmine of past clients ready to buy again (and why internal is faster than external) → Take off the reins - Why scrappy, messy, real beats polished and perfect when you need cash fast → The distinctions between "thinking" you're selling and actually being in sales mode → Why your to-do list is probably full of distractions that aren't making you money → How to reconnect with past clients without feeling pushy or salesy → The power of the messy Zoom session, the DM convo, the test-it-now offer → Why perfectionism is the enemy of cash flow → How to ride your business "bareback" - real, messy, and ready to serve Real insights from the episode:

The difference between activity and sales (most coaches do lots of one, none of the other)

Why your past clients are your fastest path to revenue

The psychology of asking for the sale vs hoping for the sale

How to shift from "building" mode to "selling" mode in 24 hours

Why the scrappy approach often converts better than the polished funnel

The client who's been waiting for you to make another offer (and you don't even know it)

How to use your existing relationships to generate immediate cash

Why waiting for your "perfect funnel" is costing you thousands

The real reason most experts aren't making money (it's not the offer)

If you're running an established expert business doing $300K+ (or aiming there), Platinum is our highest-level mastermind.
