Today we had George Wiseman on the show to discuss hydrogen and what it can do once inside the human body.

Did you know that hydrogen is an anitoxident? Oxidative stress is the cause of all disease! Rust. Iron in our bodies prevents the utilization of oxygen.

As a result we have inflammation and oxidation inside all of our 100 trillion blood cells.

Imagine putting a choke hold on every one of your 30 trillion red blood cells? They're all choked off from using oxygen as a result of too much iron and too little bioavailable copper to regulate all that iron.

As a result we have massive amounts of oxidation and inflammation happening inside our bodies at any given time!

When your cells are oxidized it appears as though they become what's called "electron deficient". Because nature abhors imbalance, these electron starved cells go throughout your body pulling electrons for healthy cells.

This process eventually cascades through all of your cells.

Hydrogen which is 700x smaller than CoQ10 and 400x smaller than vitamin C will donate spare electrons to your cells. How cool is that?

Dr. Massey was on top of his game once again!

We always love having Dr. Massey on whenever he's available. For those that don't know we had the wonderful opportunity to visit him and Meridian at their home in Texas the last time we got our root canals and cavitations extracted by our biological dentist Dr. Stuart Nunnally.

Today we talked about many different subjects that fascinated me. I could have talked with Dr. Massey for hours upon hours just picking his brain.

In the beginning of the show we talked about music and how music is a big part of our lives and how we've lost touch with making it a part of our health and healing. In ancient cultures music had more to do with community, sacredness, healing and personal connection than it did with iPods like it does today.

Then we talked about verbs and nouns and how the medical industry has hijacked our language systems to disempower us in terms of the language we use surrounding disease. We talked about how we do cancer instead of getting it. We talked about how verbs create responsibility and action on the part of the recipient and how verbs if used in a way that supports us can actually empower us to greater healing.

We talked about grief and how family constellation therapy and gestalt therapy can help resolve present health challenges. We might express a disease based on somebody in our family 3 generations ago.

We also talked about death and how sacred that can be if we tune into it and get back to how our ancestors would honor the dead and support those left behind. Then near the end we talked about how to protect yourself from emf radiation from cell phones and so much more.

Dr. Richard Massey is a holistic doctor and former medical anesthesiologist.

Today we had a fun conversation with Dr. Andreas Kalcker all the way from Spain.

It's amazing to me that you could be listening to this conversation 5 years from now in South Africa. We're in Southern California and Dr. Kalcker is in Spain and you're still getting some kind of benefit from it. It's really amazing what we're able to bring to the world today.

The connection wasn't as great as we would like as there was a little bit of a delay in the call but we hope you enjoy the podcast as much as we did recording it for you.

What an interesting guy.

So what do you think? Do you think (like Dr. Andreas Kalcker does) that there's a connection between parasites and autism? It makes sense to me. The interesting thing is how the vaccines and chemicals in the vaccines have some kind of reaction on the parasites and it isn't until a child gets his vaccination shots that the symptoms of autism become known.

As of this writing I cannot recall what Dr. Kalcker said about what exactly happens to the parasites when they're exposed to vaccines. There's something that goes awry at that moment where the kids start expressing all the symptoms of having autism.

He did mention that parasites were associated with all kinds of neurological disorders like ADD, ADHD, seizures and even cancer. I believe it. I believe parasites, worms and the flukes that live in our bodies are creating such havoc in our tissues, glands and organs that they could be the cause or related to every known illness and disease.

The fact that these parasites and worms are excreting toxic substances all throughout our bodies is causing us much harm.

These parasites are such a big deal that Dr. Kalcker has come up with an intense parasite cleanse (see link below) that's 39 pages long. Dr. Kalcker is an associate of professor Alexander Volinsky (see links below) and I believe they are both on to something big.

Whether you do the Andreas Kalcker parasite cleanse or the 5 part enema cleanse that Professor Volinsky talks about, I believe it's imperative to do at least 1 parasite cleanse each year.

If you have pets you might want to do 1 parasite cleanse every 6 months. Dr. Norman Walker recommended doing 2 rounds of colonics (colon hydrotherapy sessions) every six months. For example he recommended in January do 6 colonics (2 per week for 3 weeks) and repeat it in June and do that every year.

I'd probably add to that a parasite cleanse in April and October. But you'll have to figure out what your body likes and what your body resonates with.

Today we had the honor of speaking with Dr. Mark Sircus again from deep in the heart of one of my favorite countries, Brazil. I had the amazing opportunity to take a year off back in September of 2001 to travel the world for an entire year.

One of my most favorite countries I visited was Brazil for an entire month. It was incredible and I had the time of my life there.

Dr. Sircus is one of the most prolific writers on natural health and healing in the world today. He routinely publishes books that are over a thousand pages long. He has a 3 pronged natural cancer protocol consisting of sodium bicarbonate, magnesium, and iodine. He's been using this 3 pillar approach with incredible success for many years now.

When we caught up with him in his new healing center called The Sanctuary deep in the heart of Brazil, he just added a critical piece to his natural healing protocol which is the BioMat that's been gaining in popularity over the years.

The BioMat has become a huge part of my life and Kate's as well. We now use it every single day and have quite honestly become somewhat addicted to how it makes us feel.

The amythest and troumaline crystals promote health and healing along with light and negative ions but they also help to radiate the FAR Infrared light deep into the body. Because it's so versatile it's a no brainer healing tool that's a must have in every home. You can sleep on them with no heat just negative ions flowing from the healing crystals all night and you can use it on massage tables, your office chair, your car seats and in so many other places. They're incredible.

So we talked a lot about some experiences Dr. Sircus has had using the BioMat to promote health and healing with some cancer patients he's been working with lately.

He also talked about an interesting product called BreathSlim that helps to regulate oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in your body which directly relate to cancer cell growth. Breath Slim is marketed as a weight loss product but as you can see regulating these levels in your blood can have a very interesting effect on health but disease eradication as well. As you can tell Dr. Sircus truly is a fascinating man indeed.

Like me he's a big fan of these foam rollers to help stimulate circulation and decrease pain in the body. I use foam rollers just about every single day myself.

Today we had the great Dr. Kate Rhéaume-Bleue on the show discussing heart attacks, strokes, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, wrinkles, varicose veins and so much more.

Dr. Kate Rhéaume-Bleue is the author of a very interesting book that I would recommend you read called Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox: How a Little-Known Vitamin Could Save Your Life.

We centered our talk around a little known vitamin called Vitamin K2 which is mostly derived from fat soluble nutrients from animal products like butter, high vitamin butter oil, ghee and more.

But it's also very high in fermented foods like Natto which is a fermented soy bean product which apparently stinks and tastes nasty.

I'm keen to try it mainly for its high vitamin K2 levels. :) I love trying foods like this. It looks disgusting doesn't it?

It's really interesting about Vitamin K2 because it's something that nobody really talks about and people don't even consider. She said during the show that it's not even recommended for women during pregnancy.

According to Dr. Kate Vitamin K2 helps to deliver usable calcium to key parts of the body where it can actually be used. These places are your bones, teeth and other places where it's needed. But what it also does is help to remove calcium from places in the body where it can cause incredible harm and possibly even death.

For those that aren't aware according to David Wolfe (link below) calcification is what eventually takes down all mammals. Calcium is the great undertaker. Calcium makes bones brittle, hard and eventually break. Calcium shrinks organs and decreases organ function (this is why when you do an autopsy of an elderly man his organs will be much smaller and very fibrous and difficult to cut through). Calcium is related to blood sugar issues, varicose veins, bone loss, osteoporosis, cellulite, cataracts, heart attacks, stroke, macular degeneration, cancers of all types, stiffness and more.

Inorganic bad calcium that's unable for the body to absorb is what eventually kills us all. So learning how to get rid of it is key if you want to live a long healthy disease free life.

So Vitamin K2 helps the body to remove any bad calcium from places in the body where it will cause harm. According to David Wolfe (I don't know if this is true or not) but calcium is the end chain of a long line of biological transmutations that occur within the body mostly through a synthesis of silica and magnesium. I can't say if this is true or not as that's a bit above my pay grade but I do think his theory is interesting.

I highly recommend sending this interview to anybody in your life that might be on cholesterol lowering medication like statin drugs and the like. Let them listen to this and perhaps read Dr. Kate's book to pursue that a little bit further.
