A doctor looked at her history and said the quiet part out loud.
"If you give me a proven uterus — a surrogate — I have no doubt I can get that woman pregnant. But you? You are very complicated."
She had been through four losses. A molar pregnancy that required an oncologist. No clear diagnosis. Year after year of canceled transfers, failed IUIs, and an invitation to consider surrogacy when she'd only been trying for two years.
She could have believed him.
In Episode 389 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Theresa — "Lady T" — is here to tell you what happened instead.
Spoiler: She is a boy mom. Twice over.
In this episode:
→ What it's like to go from natural conception to IVF to surrogacy — with no clear diagnosis
→ Why Theresa says surrogacy wasn't giving up. It was opening to abundance.
→ The mindset shifts that changed everything: gratitude, boundaries, finding her voice, being open to other clinics
→ How the community inside the Fearlessly Fertile Method broke her isolation
→ Her surrogate became family — and what that taught her about receiving
→ Her new doctor's words that changed her perspective on her own history
→ How she got pregnant naturally — on her 7th pregnancy, 5th natural — while planning her next IVF transfer
→ Her second son John, born April 3, 2026 — 14 months after PJ
→ Her message to every woman who thinks her story might be over: "It is not done yet. You get to choose how you want this to end."

What if the story you've been told about fertility in your 40s is wrong?
In this special episode, Rosanne Austin sits down with Ch-a Mosley, pregnant over 40 mom, truth-teller, and woman who got pregnant naturally when she had already decided the ship had sailed, for an unfiltered conversation about what natural fertility in your 40s actually looks like.
No protocols. No prescriptions. No filtered version.
Just two women who did it, comparing notes — and calling out every myth standing between you and your baby.
In this episode:
→ Why the timeline society gave you about fertility is arbitrary — and why Ch-a almost believed it
→ How Rosanne got pregnant naturally in her 40s after years of IVF — and why stopping IVF was the turning point
→ The real reason Rosanne wasn't getting pregnant (hint: it had nothing to do with her eggs)
→ Ch-a's secret to getting pregnant as a surprise — no tracking, no pressure, no treatment
→ What they both actually did: sleep, joy, cooking at home, cutting fragrance products, and healing the nervous system
→ "Vitamin J for joy" — why Rosanne ate raw cheese in France, drank wine, wore heels — and got pregnant
→ Why you cannot out-treat, out-supplement, or outrun yourself
→ What it means to show up at your clinic as a peer — not a beggar
→ The kind of open, unafraid, non-desperate energy that Ch-a says created "a giant landing strip for a baby"
→ What both women want their daughters to know — and what they want YOU to know
→ "Don't let anybody rob you of this experience. It's worth it."
This is the conversation you didn't know you needed. And it might be the one that changes everything.

You've got sharks circling you right now.
Fear. Doubt. Shame. Scarcity. Made-up timelines. Discomfort. The opinions of people who don't know what you're capable of.
And there's one that's bigger than all the rest. One that has taken more women out of their fertility journeys than any of the others combined.
In Episode 388 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin names it — and gives you the only thing powerful enough to make it irrelevant.
This episode also celebrates the extraordinary response to The Mind of Fertility docuseries. If you haven't watched it yet, click the link in the show notes.
In this episode:
→ The hard truth: the only women who end the journey without a baby are the ones who quit
→ Why Dr. Carrie Bediant (Fertility Docs Uncensored) says resilience is the #1 predictor of fertility success
→ The full list of "sharks" circling women on this journey — and the great white shark among them
→ Why loving your baby more than the opinions of others is the most powerful move you can make
→ The tie-in to Episode 387's "Tell Him" — and when you may need to love your baby more than your partner's approval
→ The 30-second exercise that makes every excuse collapse
→ The vision: 80 years old, rocking chair, grandchildren in the yard — or the false comfort you chose instead
Every woman in The Mind of Fertility loved her baby more. That's why she's holding her baby.

You know exactly how much you want this baby. Does HE know that?
You would do anything. You've already done things most people can't imagine. You are all the way in…but what if you have doubts about your partner?
In Episode 387 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin is calling out the double life too many women live on their fertility journeys — crystal clear on the inside, silent on the outside — and why that silence is costing them more than they realize.
This is also the episode where Rosanne celebrates the release of The Mind of Fertility documentary series. If you haven't watched it yet, click the link in the show notes.
In this episode:
→ Why women become fiercely clear about what they want — and then hide it from their partners
→ The dangerous inverse relationship between your clarity and your worry about whether he's in it
→ Why overexplaining is a sign of insecurity — and what to do instead
→ How to get clear in 10 words or less: "I want my baby. I will do what it takes."
→ Why every fearlessly fertile success story has this one thing in common
→ What peace, calm, and freedom actually feel like — and how to get there
Quit treating your partner like a baby. Let him to stand up like a grown man.
Tell him.

AMH of 0.3. Two blocked fallopian tubes. Five rounds of IVF. One embryo left.
Brenna had every clinical reason to quit. Her numbers were catastrophic. Her doctors had given her hard nos across the board. And underneath all of it, a scarcity mindset that had been running her life since childhood was quietly making everything harder.
She didn't quit. She now has a four-month-old baby boy.
In Episode 386 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne sits down with Brenna, a consultant, control freak, and self-described lone wolf, for a raw, unfiltered conversation about what it actually took.
In this episode:
→ The catastrophic numbers that should have ended the story (and why they didn't)
→ Why Brenna came to Rosanne with one request: "Just help me not be afraid anymore"
→ The scarcity mindset that showed up in her drawers, her billing, and her marriage — and was also blocking her baby
→ The inner child work she didn't think she needed (and what it unlocked)
→ What Brenna did the morning of her final transfer — with one embryo left — that her doctor couldn't believe
→ How a control freak learned to receive — and why that made all the difference
→ Her message to every woman who has been told the numbers don't look good
Brenna's son makes a live appearance during the interview. He has opinions and is not interested in nap time. He is, by all accounts, exactly who you'd expect from a woman like his mother.

Birth rates for women over 40 are rising. But too many women are still leaving the most powerful piece of the fertility puzzle completely untouched.
After 12 years coaching women around the world and watching hundreds of them beat the odds — some at less than 1%, some at 0% — Rosanne Austin kept seeing the same thread. Across every story. Every diagnosis. Every protocol.
Something so consistent, so undeniable, that she had to make a film about it.
In Episode 385 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne shares exactly what she found, why it disturbed her, and what it means for your fertility journey right now.
In this episode you'll discover:
→ The single pivot every successful fertility woman makes — regardless of age, diagnosis, or whether she used IUI, IVF, donor eggs, or went naturally
→ Why Rosanne's own journey hit rock bottom multiple times before she found this piece — and what changed the moment she did
→ The three places where the same pattern kept showing up: her story, her clients' stories, and peer-reviewed science (stress biomarkers, cortisol, clinical trials)
→ What three reproductive endocrinologists recently confirmed about belief and fertility success
→ Why inspiration has a shelf life — and what recognition can do that inspiration never could
→ What The Mind of Fertility documentary is and why you need to see it before anyone else
This is not woo woo. The data shows it, the doctors say it, and Rosanne's clients prove it.

According to the CDC, birth rates for women over 40 are up over 127%.
But some women almost don't make it into that number — not because of their diagnosis, not because of their age, and not because they ran out of options. Because they ran out of reasons to keep going.
In Episode 384 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin tells the story of a physician client who was doing everything right — supplements, acupuncture, every appointment — while quietly, slowly, running out of steam. She wasn't dramatic about it. She never said the words "I quit." She was just functioning. And the light was going out.
She is now pregnant.
This episode is the story of how she pulled back from the edge — and the four specific things she had to work through to get there. It is also the story behind Rosanne's documentary, The Mind of Fertility, which releases at the end of July 2026.
IN THIS EPISODE:
→ The "slow burn" to quitting — why it doesn't look like you think it does
→ Why high-achieving women are uniquely vulnerable to this pattern
→ The four things this physician had to work through to pull back from the edge
→ Why inspiration alone has a shelf life — and what works when it stops working
→ The Mind of Fertility documentary: why Rosanne made it, what's in it, and how to get on the wait list
→ The CDC statistic that should change how you think about your odds

What do all fertility success stories have in common? Is it the right clinic? The best protocol? The most optimized supplement stack?
After 12+ years coaching women to improbable pregnancies, Rosanne Austin has a different answer — and in Episode 383 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, she breaks it down into four precise parts.
The one decision: to stop treating the fertility journey as purely medical, and to start owning the whole picture.
This is not anti-medicine. Medicine is miraculous. But medicine has a ceiling. What lives above that ceiling — the identity, the internal story, the way a woman occupies her own body on this journey — is what your RE can't touch. And it is what determines whether the women who should not be able to beat the odds actually do.
IN THIS EPISODE:
→ The 4 parts of The Decision: what it looks like, what creates it, what blocks it, and what changes in her body when she finally makes it
→ Why the women who struggle longest are assigning the entire outcome to the clinical side
→ The difference between living your fertility journey on defense vs. moving from the inside out
→ Why mindset is not positive thinking or manifestation — and what it actually is
→ How community, oxytocin, and cortisol regulation physically change a woman's experience on this journey
→ The integrity principle: why the women who keep their word to themselves are the ones who succeed
Rosanne works with physicians, attorneys, surgeons, engineers, and high-achieving women from around the world who are done waiting to be rescued by the next protocol. This is the episode that explains why.

What if the key to IVF success isn't just in the protocol — and three board-certified reproductive endocrinologists agree?
In this special episode of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin sits down with Drs. Carrie Bedient, Susan Hudson, and Abby Eblen — the physicians behind the Fertility Docs Uncensored podcast and authors of The IVF Blueprint — for one of the most honest, medically-grounded, and surprisingly personal conversations in fertility medicine.
These are not doctors who talk about fertility from the outside. Dr. Hudson went through IVF herself with an FSH of almost 13. Dr. Eblen — a reproductive endocrinologist — nearly threw her own positive pregnancy test in the trash before her husband pulled it out. Both know what it means to sit on the other side of the desk.
And both say the same thing: what is happening inside a woman's head is not separate from what is happening inside her body. It is not woo. It is physiology.
"It is so much harder to get somebody pregnant who thinks it's not going to work." — Dr. Susan Hudson
"Resilience is one of the biggest predictors of your success." — Dr. Carrie Bedient
IN THIS EPISODE:
→ How three female REIs started Fertility Docs Uncensored over wine in Las Vegas — and have recorded weekly for six years
→ Dr. Susan Hudson's personal IVF journey: FSH of almost 13, traveling across the country for treatment, and the quote she lives by: "Stay hopeful, even when science tells you otherwise"
→ Dr. Abby Eblen's story: an RE who didn't recognize her own positive — and what the "little embryo that could" taught her about hope
→ What The IVF Blueprint covers — and why they included egg freezing, donor options, PGT-A, and gestational carriers
→ The one piece of advice each doctor would give every patient before their first cycle
→ Why resilience, not just protocol optimization, predicts success
→ What fertility doctors actually think about mindset — and why the research backs it up
→ The "dream patient" conversation: what helps doctors help you more
→ Why Reddit is the last place you should be getting fertility information

Sixteen fibroids. Five miscarriages. A physician who knew all the statistics and still hit the ceiling. In Episode 382 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Dr. Lauren shares the story of how she went from a body she no longer trusted, a life that kept getting smaller, and zero embryos from her last IVF retrieval, to a courthouse wedding on embryo transfer day, a positive beta in Brazil, and her baby girl Sadie.
This is not an inspirational story. It is a case study in what happens when a high-performing professional woman decides to stop treating her fertility journey as a purely medical problem.
Dr. Lauren is a physician. She came into her fertility journey knowing the statistics, the protocols, and the language. What she did not know, what medical school does not teach, is what to do when the medical side stops returning results. When a genetically normal embryo miscarries. When fibroids are removed and the next retrieval produces nothing. When the body keeps saying no and the data says there is no reason left to explain it.
Her journey includes: a first pregnancy on the first ovulation cycle, discovered at Eddie's birthday party before the mimosas. Three miscarriages before IVF. Five total retrievals, including two that produced zero embryos. Sixteen fibroids found on MRI that ultrasounds had been calling "fibroid uterus" for years. Chronic endometritis diagnosed and treated five or six times. A uterine septum discovered and removed. A reproductive immunologist in New York. And a fifth miscarriage, after uterine PRP, that she experienced completely differently than the others.
She also describes what the Fearlessly Fertile Method gave her that medicine could not: the return of her joy. The ability to say "when" instead of "if." A partner, Eddie, who went from saying "if we have a baby" to saying "when we have our baby" after reading one book she recommended. The certainty that her baby was coming, without knowing how or when.
Listen all the way to the end for a romantic twist and the EXACT promise Lauren made to her baby Sadie…and how she kept it.
What you will learn in Episode 382:
📌 What a physician with five miscarriages and sixteen fibroids learned about what medicine alone cannot do
📌 The specific moment Lauren stopped believing something was wrong with her body and started believing something was working
📌 What it looks like to reclaim joy, trust, and certainty on a fertility journey that has taken everything
📌 How Lauren's partner Eddie went from "if" to "when" and what that shift required
📌 Why Lauren called Rosanne's podcast sessions "the Saturday sermons" and what they gave her that medicine never could
📌 The romantic twist: a courthouse marriage on embryo transfer day
📌 How Lauren found out she was pregnant in Brazil and what she said every single day to get there
