In this episode of The Amazing Seller Podcast you'll learn the 3 things you should be focusing on in your Amazon business to make sure you succeed.

Assuming You Have a Good Product all you need to focus on are these things:

1. Sales

2. Feedback + Reviews

3. Customer Service

Amazon will treat you real well if you make sales. This is why you need to focus on how to receive more, even if it means promotions and other strategies in the beginning.

When your product starts to receive reviews it will automatically receive higher conversions, which will produce more sales. Once again giving Amazon what it wants.

The other component that Amazon wants is good seller feedback. This tells them that your customer is happy and they will further promote your products.

So, if you just focus on these 3 things...you will have a very good chance for success.

In this episode of The Amazing Seller Podcast you'll learn what 3 steps you must follow and look for in choosing a winning product to sell on Amazon. You want to look at sales, demand and tracking history. This will give you a much greater chance of success.

I wanted to share these 3 steps, because I overlooked step #2 (Demand) and now I'm finding it harder than I thought to get 20 sales per day. I still think I'll eventually get this product to sell 20 per day, but it will take a little more time.

It's not that the competition is high, it's that the demand is low and the only sellers that are getting 20 sales per day or more are the top 1 and 2 spots. When you have more demand and you do the research, you will see that the demand can be in the top 10 or 12 spots.

Side Note: I've started to approach new products a little differently. In the past I was looking for products that could sell 20 units or more per day. I still think this is possible, but I now look at products that follow my 10x10x1 strategy, because I think it's even easier. I teach this now in my new Private Label Classroom and it looks like this.

10 sales per day x $10 Profit per unit x 1 Product = $100 Per Day Profit.

In this episode I explain how to make sure the product you select follows these important 3 steps. Keep in mind that you can use these steps for high competition products as well. But, I'll be using the 10x10x1 approach moving forward with my business with one thing in mind. Most of the time when you have more than one product, you will get cross sales and your product that's selling 10 sales can increase to 20, because you have more products promoting each other.

In this episode of The Amazing Seller Podcast I'm happy to share  an interview I recently did with Will Tjernlund who has built a $6 million dollar business using Amazon FBA.

I just want to be clear that Will's business model is different than mine and may not be for everyone. But, I wanted to share how someone is scaling and operating like a large business. He also gives some good insights on shipping and using freight forwarder.

Here's a few of the takeaways:

1. Still money in wholesale

2. Launch more Skus

3. Higher priced items = higher profits

4. Leverage suppliers product catalog

5. Buying bulk to reduce costs

6. Use sea shipping when ordering large quantities

7. Use 3rd party freight forwarder when scaling

8. Storing product in your own warehouse space

9. Look at products that are not FBA and FBM

10. You become the wholesaler to other sellers (Your PL product)

11. Test products fast through Aliexpress

12. Best product at the best price

13. Minimum $50 product to sell

In this episode of The Amazing Seller Podcast I'll explain the 5 step process for testing private label products fast. Where you can simplify the process and minimize the risk. If you're feeling stuck in the product selection stage and fear you will pick the wrong product...this show is for you.

Here’s the 5 step process that is discussed:

1. Search on Aliexpress.com

2. Place Small Order

3. Create Optimized Listing

4. Turned On Amazon PPC

5. Re-Order Product

In this episode I will go into each of these steps and give you the exact strategy. When you use this process you are just looking for a product that can sell 10 units per day.

10 Units Sold at $10 Profit = $100 Profit per Day

$100 x 30 = $3,000 Profit per Month

5 Products = $15,000 Profit

If you follow this process you won't need to find the one product that sells 50 units per day. You can find the low hanging fruit of products and start selling faster without the competition.
