Britt Ringstrom is such a fascinating person. A hugely knowledgable and experienced strength and fitness coach with a deep knowledge on wellbeing 



Starting as an athlete throughout high school and college, she has achieved very high level achievements. 

Many of which have been achieved AFTER being diagnosed with the very serious illness Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).




For most people this is a life changing diagnosis that is difficult to see past. Britt however felt that she wanted ownership over this chronic illness. She wanted to define the fight and achieve results that defy the usual path.
