This is one of the most simple and effective meditation techniques. In it we simply use the breath to find space, to find peace and to connect with ourselves. Having found such epic space on recent travels in Norway, I wanted to recreate that sense of being held with spaciousness and the breath is the one thing that we have with us at all times and can be used anywhere, anytime!
