Thou shalt remember, there is no breakthrough, without a breakdown.    Guys, I've decided to kick season 7 off with an impromptu pop quiz. What do me and Demi Lovato have in common? I mean truth be told, it would probably be a whole lot quicker to talk about what we don't have in common (hint - it's our salaries). Yes we both have daddy issues, yes we both have a passion for performing and yes, we both had epic breakdowns in 2018. Granted, her's was a lot more serious than mine, but in my depths of despair, she was the one I turned too when I didn't know where else to go. Thou shalt remember that gratitude is the best attitude    Just like activated charcoal, turmeric and oil pulling, gratitude is a practice that's currently trending in the wellness world. But unlike swishing coconut oil in my mouth for 20 minutes, or massaging charcoal onto my face, this is a trend I think I can actually get on board with. But I'm not doing it alone, obviously. Thou shalt remember, that your best teacher is your last mistake... unless you make it again If mistakes were like martial arts, I'd have a black belt. They say when you make a mistake, there are three things you should do about it. Admit it, learn from it, and don't repeat it. I've got the admission part down pat - heck, I should change the name of this podcast to confessions of an unashamed mistake maker, but the last two, I can't seem to wrap my head around... Thou shalt remember that my advice, is never to listen to my advice... Okay, that was a bit harsh, but here's a analogy I prepared earlier. My advice is best served like tequila... take it with a grain of salt. Despite very publicly confessing my biggest shortcomings week after week, I'm 90% flattered and 10% flabbergasted that you guys still slide into my DM's to seek my inexpert advice. Honestly, Team Train Wreck for president. So this week, I put the power in your hands, and gave you the opportunity ask me anything you wanted.  Just to be clear, not a single one of you asked for financial or culinary advice...
