On the show today we have Fleur East; singer/songwriter, rapper, dancer, actor, fitness model and I’m A Celebrity favourite. She burst onto the scene in 2014 as the first ever contestant to reach No.1 on iTunes during her time on The X Factor UK. Fleur came runner-up and went on to achieve great chart success with her Platinum-selling single ‘Sax’, which peaked at No.3 in the UK and stayed in the top 10 for over 10 weeks.

Alongside music, Fleur has branched into the fitness world and launched a family business in the form of the ‘gym-in-a-box’ known as the W8 GYM; giving people the tools to perform a full body workout anytime, anywhere. We’re so excited to have her in the studio chatting about her work so far, and her tools for success.
