We’re having a good old fashioned catch up today as I riff about spontaneity, mum guilt, and what’s been happening in the business in the space of launching and personal branding. 

While my husband and boys are off on a finishing trip, I’ve been living the solo life and reconnecting to one of my energetic values, spontaneity! I share all the luxurious adventures I’ve been having while leaning into what my soul wants to do. 

So many women have expressed a desire lately to step into a new level of freedom in their own lives. Mum guilt can be such a big hurdle for women in business to overcome and I talk about how I approach this in my own life. I share how my husband and I have established boundaries over the years to make sure we both have time and space to fill our cups.

When you hold an energetic expectation that good things will happen in your life, it’s amazing what unfolds. I’ve been showing up authentically, leaning into what the universe is telling me and I share how important this is from a personal branding perspective.

Can you create a feeling of luxury and abundance in daily life (without the price tag)?

I absolutely love travelling and I recently spontaneously spent a night away in a luxury hotel. This is one of the best examples of how I feel truly connected to unbelievable abundance and I can soak up the vibrations of the incredible experience and feel truly relaxed and in a state of flow.

But how can you create this feeling when you can’t travel?

In this episode, I’m discussing how to act as if it's your reality. I’ll be sharing ideas to help you create luxuries in your daily life to help you access new levels of abundance.

I want you to reflect back on times when you’ve felt wealthy, abundant or expensive. Let the experience fill your mind and consider all of the little aspects that contribute to the feeling. Once you’ve broken it down, you can start to fill your days with all of these little things that can make any day into a day of abundance.

I’ll run you through the questions to ask yourself, how I incorporate the feeling of being on holiday into my every day, and we’ll explore how creating a frequency of flow will lift your vibration and welcome in new abundance.

Last week I touched on the checklist treadmill and today I’m talking about how to get OFF that cycle of overwhelm and into flow state in your business. 

Do you believe that working harder equals more success?

Most people do. But today I want to show you there’s a better way. A higher way. In this episode I bust the myth that hustling is the only way to success. The never ending to-do list and working harder with more effort only ever leads to burn out and overwhelm. 

When you learn to look through the lense of possibilities, you take your focus away from the problem and allow yourself the space and freedom to connect with what you desire. You start creating from your own source energy. 

I share 3 ways to change your energetic flow to allow inspired action to FLOW:

• Write out your unwanted beliefs about hard work equaling more success. Then burn it!
• Look at the where the structure in your business is not allowing flow
• Play in the quantum field of energetics. My Call It In workshop will help you do this.

Since December 2020, I’ve been manifesting $200k months. It hasn’t shown up yet, but in my inner reality it has. I’ve been holding space for it, speaking out affirmations and living in vibrational alignment with my desire every day. It’s already integrated into my body. 

In this episode, I wanted to have a conversation around the toil that happens between the manifesting work and seeing your desires unfold. 

You are always communicating your dreams to the universe and the universe is always communicating back to you. But it’s more than just writing something in a journal and waiting for it to magically happen. 

I talk about maintaining a positive realm in the mind and how you can change your reality by changing your mind. I dive into the power and magic of words and how every thought that goes through your brain carries a frequency. 

During the times of doubt and uncertainty, we need to find physical things that help us connect with the spiritual world. I share my trifecta of hypnotherapy, kinesiology and journaling and how I use silent meditation to meet God and manifest my dreams.  

What you desire is already here. All you need to do is believe it.
