Self sabotage is something I see ALL the time with my clients and I’ve certainly experienced it myself from time to time. But you don’t have to get stuck there. 

In this episode, I’m diving deep into all things self sabotage. My goal is to help you create a clear path to move self sabotaging thinking and behaviours and step into all the abundance that the universe is offering you.

I share some of the common ways I’ve seen self sabotage show up in my clients over the years and the top self sabotaging beliefs that I deal with as a coach. I also give you some tangible action points that you can start taking today. These will help bring awareness to your own limiting thoughts and behaviours, rewire your thinking and create new habits that align with your dreams. 

As we move into this new season of Pisces, there’s no better time to start talking about this than now. It’s a time to heal old wounds, move through stuck behaviours and understand how your frequency creates your reality.

Life and business aren’t always straightforward. What do you do when unexpected things disrupt your energy and flow?

Perfectionism and self-criticism impact every part of our lives. It’s that little inner voice telling you you’re not good enough, unworthy and nobody will ever see value in you. These limiting beliefs can grow from childhood to shape how we develop as adults and how we interact with the world.

In this episode, I’m chatting about self-exploration and breaking the cycle of perfectionism, self-criticism and self-judgement with Visa Shanmugam. Visa is a self-worth coach and breath worker who helps women break free from the thoughts and feelings that are keeping them chained.

Visa openly shares her past traumas that led to her emotional development as an adult. She was carrying around so much shame, but through sharing with others, she could let it go and help others. 

Breathwork has the incredible power to release trauma from your body. Visa shares her expertise in using this practice to release the stress and anxiety from your day. She’ll run us through an exercise you can use again and again to centre and bring yourself back to the moment.

Society has held the notion of quitting with very negative energy for a long time. How many times have you heard to just keep persevering and never give up? I have come to reframe my thinking around quitting in the last year and my business has grown as a result.
