Flow State Business

The way I’ve journeyed as an entrepreneur has always been so spirit-led and flowy but I’ve found myself desiring lately to connect the work I’ve done with my energetic body and bring it back into balance with my physical body.

In this solo episode, I talk about my recent experience with kinesiology, how the universe led me there, and why it’s so important to take note of what our bodies are telling us. I talk through my experience, what it felt like, how my body responded and why it’s something I feel really drawn to. 

As soulful entrepreneurs, we need to take a holistic approach to be all we can be. I’m all about normalising those beautiful spiritual practises that have been around for thousands of years because they really can open up so much to us.

Practicing gratitude in your life and business is so important to living a life that’s soul led and in alignment. I look for ways to be grateful every day, no matter how small they may seem.

Over the last 3 years, I have learnt that it’s a completely different sales process to make high ticket sales in your business. You need to be able to build a relationship with your client and focus on soul led selling. This process will lead you to create such an abundance in your business and your life. 

In this episode, I share with you our recent trip to the beautiful Port Douglas to take a moment away to recentre ourselves. During this amazing trip, I put out to the universe to show me what to create in this next season of my business. What an amazing path of flow and self discovery my business journey has been. In this solo episode, I wanted to update you all on what’s been going on in my business and personal life. It has been an incredible 9 months since the birth of Richuals and I wanted to take this time to reflect and share with all of you. 

Through intuitive business, I always want to be open and honest about the process. When I created my first original version of my course, I began to feel like it wasn’t what I wanted it to be and I wasn’t in flow. I shared my feelings with my amazing soul clients, and they helped me to reflect and recognise that vulnerability is the very heart of keeping it real. 

I am not on a pedestal, I never wanted to do business that way. I operate my business authentically and honestly. This is why so many people choose to work with me. 

This journey of self discovery has led me to creating and launching my new course! The Richuals Way is 8 days of live coaching, live teaching and live channeling. The momentum I am experiencing in this course with my incredible clients is out of this world! Don’t worry, I will package up all of the recorded sessions for you to purchase and delve deep into running your business through intuitive flow.

I am so excited to share this episode with you today as I chat with my incredible business bestie, Taylor Rae about all things manifestation and living in alignment with your true self.

You’d know by now that one of my favourite things to do is talk about spirituality and how to live a life aligned with higher self. An important part of that conversation is exploring our experiences in the shadows, doing the inner work that inevitably leads to breakthroughs.

I have such a beautiful soul on the show today to talk about just that; my friend and client, Michelle Gordon. Also known as the Healthy, Happy Nurse, Michelle is an emergency room nurse (they are all angels) and a Coach who helps her clients move from broken and burnt out to limitless abundance.

In this episode, Michelle shares her incredible journey from being in her lowest place, numbing out on alcohol, and feeling like she wouldn’t make it to manifesting a life full of incredible dreams and coaching others to do the same. We talk about the power of choice, how we need to embrace the hard soul journey, and how acceptance and surrender lead to wide open doors. 

Michelle shares about her mindset overhaul and how she began to learn about manifestation, asking for signs, and most importantly, trusting the voice of her higher self. If it’s feeling difficult to push through right now and things are a little heavy, I hope this encourages you that life can be what you want it to be.
