This week’s guest is neonatologist Dr. Kate! Passionate about babies and baby physiology, she splits her time between being an attendant in the NICU and the lab where she studies inflammation biology and nanoparticles for therapy. In today's episode, she and host D get into the joys (and sometimes woes) of working in the NICU, gush over the cuteness of preemies, and express their appreciation for NICU nurses. Dr. Kate also shares the story of how she found out neonatology was the right path for her and advice for those considering the field!
