This week we speak to Tyler Spence. You may have seen Tyler on TV this past winter as he was a finalist on Gladiators. However he is also an accomplished rugby player and a rising star in HYROX. We break down his story from Rugby to HYROX with a Gladiators pit stop along the way. We find out how he got on the show and the roller coaster journey he faced.
