All right fellas. By now, you've probably heard about ChatGPT and how AI is taking over. So what does that mean for us family men with businesses?
The way I see it, you can either hop on the train and use AI to level up your Dad game, buy back your time and scale your business. Or, you can dig your heels in and resist it with every fiber of your being and inevitably get left behind in AI dust.
Joining me for a mind-bending conversation is none other than Perry Belcher. Perry is an investor and serial entrepreneur who went from incredible success at a young age, to being broke and bankrupt to a multi-millionaire. He co-founded Digital Marketer, a top-notch digital marketing training company with over 300,000 students, and hosts the largest marketing event in North America, the Traffic & Conversion Summit.
Once you hear what he has to say about AI and ChatGPT, you'll come out with a fresh perspective about all the advantages that AI has to offer if we simply take the time to use it properly. Buckle up because AI is here and it ain't going away.

All right, fellas. Today's episode is a special one with a bit of a twist. First, I'm joined by an amazing husband and his loving wife, who just happen to have a pretty crazy love story.
You will literally hear the love and respect they have for each other. Not just as business partners but how they are thriving as a blended family and how they handled the co-parenting situation early on, which most step-parents will tell you can be very tricky.
For context: When Joseph came into the picture, Alana was already married with 3 kids, and they all worked together (including Alana's now ex-husband) in Costa Rica. I won't spoil the rest. You'll have to hear it for yourself.
Here are a few things you need to know about them. Joseph Davis Bliss is the Founder of Dads Here Now, where he offers coaching and mentorship to like-minded dads who want to show up as their best selves for their families. This is very much in line with what we're doing here at Front Row Dads.
Alana Bliss has been a certified Permaculture designer and teacher for nearly 20 years. Together, they are creating an eco-village and community designed around sustainable multifamily neighborhoods which is pretty awesome.
I'll simply tee up the episode by saying: How they handled the beginning stages of their relationship is really beautiful. And what they're doing together as eco-friendly business partners is equally amazing.
And when you hear Joseph talk about not being able to tell her kids "Because I said so" and how he's earned their respect, it's pretty incredible.

All right fellas. Today's episode is all about getting our bodies in the best shape possible so that we can be physically fit as Dads but also serve as healthy role models for our kids.
Dr. Anthony Balduzzi, the founder of the Fit Father Project, knows a thing or two about helping busy dads get into tip-top shape as they get older and be the best parents they can be. He's already helped over 47,000 Dads in over 100 countries do it, and I'm thrilled to share this chat with you today.
We're not talking just about diets and workouts. Anthony believes that we need to find what really motivates us to get and stay healthy, and I couldn't agree more.
And you know what motivates me? Being fit and energized for my kids and wife when I'm old and gray. Enjoy! In our conversation, you'll learn:

He has been blessed by big name mentors since his teens and spent years speaking at internet marketing conferences and consulting for businesses and brands in industries as varying as gaming, and wellness.

Eric has spent the last 20 years in constant physical pain after breaking his back (twice) and emotional pain after losing his brother and countless friends but refuses to be a victim and chooses to focus his energy on his wife of 14 years and their three children. In his spare time he helps brands through periods of rapid growth in exchange for equity and has recently acquired an aircraft racing series.
The Farewell family has a weekly YouTube & TV series that has driven the majority of their businesses marketing strategy for over a decade. His true passion is in doing good for others and making the world a better place.

If you've ever lost someone or something important to you, you know how devastating the emotional burden of loss can be.
Imagine you're on a hike while carrying a massive backpack, except you're stuck and struggling to move forward with all the weight on your shoulders. The worst part is, that weight can rear its ugly head in your relationships with your family and friends if you haven't learned how to deal with that burden.
That's why I'm thrilled to introduce you to today's guest, AmarAtma Khalsa. AmarAtma is a Grief Coach and a Board Certified Chaplain. He's worked thousands of hours with grievers in a Trauma-1 University Hospital specializing in end-of-life care, palliative care, trauma, and critical care.

Nowadays, it seems that everyone has an opinion on what you should eat and the best way to exercise. But the truth is, if we take better care of our body and overall health, it helps us to be more active Dads with our kids and better husbands to our wives.
That's why I'm absolutely stoked to introduce you to someone that really knows their stuff. Dr. Brett Osborn is a board-certified Neurosurgeon and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine expert with over four decades of experience under his belt.
He's the author of Get Serious and let me just say that if you're looking for a great book about health, fitness, and longevity… this is the one. If you're interested in reducing inflammation and sugar's impact on your body, you're going to love this conversation.
Dr. Osborn and I covered a ton of ground during our conversation, and all I can say is... he didn't pull any punches. We get into the nitty-gritty of dieting, supplements, exercising, and mindset while stripping away all the crap that surrounds them.

Imagine being married for eight years, and suddenly, it's all over. That's what happened to Andy Heller. Despite being a complete badass real estate investing consultant, Andy felt clueless during his divorce.
After the dust settled, Andy identified a gaping hole in the self-help space for men and women, leaving them stranded without the tools to go their separate ways and create the best possible outcomes for themselves and their kids.
That's how his new book, Take the High Road: Divorce with Compassion for Yourself and Your Family, was born, and I'm thrilled to share this conversation with you today.
This book is not a cookie-cutter self-help guide. It's the ultimate roadmap for navigating divorce with grace, protecting your assets (and sanity), and securing the best possible future for your loved ones.

When society tells men to "man up" and "suck it up," their immediate response is often to bury their true emotions, only to fall into the trap of self-sabotage, anxiety, and depression.
But there is strength in vulnerability, and it takes a courageous heart to explore those insecurities and share them with the world.
It's my pleasure to share this conversation with Connor Beaton, the visionary behind ManTalks, an international organization focused on men's wellness, success, and fulfillment.
As an author and speaker who has shared the stage with Lewis Howes and Gary Vaynerchuk, Connor's unique insights cut through the noise of traditional masculinity, offering men worldwide a guiding light toward a more fulfilling life.
Connor inspires men to confront their weaknesses and embrace their emotions, shattering the ego-driven image of a "real man." In our conversation, you'll learn:
