Fussy eating is a very normal developmental stage in toddlers and children as their palette matures and they start to enjoy autonomy and control at mealtimes. But what happens when fussy eating gets in the way of healthy nutrition and mealtime enjoyment? Host Amelia Phillips and fussy eating expert Marie-France Leval discuss how to broaden your child's taste preferences, when to seek help, and what can we do as parents to make mealtimes a happy family experience?

She’s been researching children’s relationships with eating for over 15 years, and specialises specifically with fussy eaters.
