Dr. Tammy shares her personal journey with fertility and explains the best way to approach the topic of miscarriage with another woman. She also shares some practicable tips that you can do when dealing with fertility challenges, including what nutrition and labs she recommends for preconception.

 

Dr. Tammy is an acupuncture doctor and received her doctorate from the Pacific College of Health Sciences (PCHS). She is certified by the NCCAOM- National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is a Diplomat in Acupuncture, and holds a Colorado State acupuncture license. Her philosophy is reflected in her treatment style, which seeks to combine wellness, wholeness, and body-mind-heart coherence, not to treat just the symptoms.
