Are you looking for fun and free or low cost family activities?
Have you considered reading?
Before you switch off, hear me out, because reading can be an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable activity, and I’m here to explain how you can encourage your children to want to read.
However, there’s been a huge decline in recent years of young people who enjoy reading, and it’s on us - the mums, the dads, the parents, the guardians and the teachers - to do something about this.
Reading a good book can be great for the soul, and help not just your kids, but also you, to empty your buckets. That’s why this topic is so important to me.
I will tell you the three main benefits of reading, and what you can do to make reading feel like less of a chore to your kids.
So pour yourself a cuppa, find a comfy seat, and enjoy the conversation…
