What is flow state? 

Hypofrontality -- turning off the prefrontal cortex (where we create our projection of time) to reduce worrying about the future, having anxiety over the past.

How does flow apply to Fatherhood? 

Use Flow State to optimize quality time with out kids

1.  Remove things that pull you away from flow state (phones/ TV/ loud noises)

2.  Define a measurable goal from a parenting standpoint as you look to engage with your kids in FLOW.
