Our mental game on the bike is just as important as our physical training. This week Kathryn and Kristi are joined by mental performance coach and licensed clinical social worker Pat Spencer. Pat has always loved cycling, and she talks about how her love of the sport combined with her education and training as a clinical social worker lead her to mental performance coaching for female identifying and LGBTQ+ endurance athletes. She gives us her “3P2R’s” for success, and talks through some challenges that we all may face as endurance athletes.
