Too many of us have mistaken survival for strength. But strength isn’t just pushing through the pain. Real strength is feeling the pain, facing it and then, releasing it. Healing is not weakness. It is the bravest thing you’ll ever do.

You deserve joy that isn’t borrowed. Peace that isn’t temporary. Love that doesn’t come with conditions. You deserve to feel safe.

So start small. Breathe. Rest. Reflect. Speak your truth. Ask for help. Set boundaries. Let go. Let God. Choose you.

There are days when the weight of the world feels heavier than we can carry. Days when the mirror doesn’t reflect strength, only exhaustion. And on those days; the quiet ones, the lonely ones , we have to reach for something within ourselves.

It doesn’t have to be loud. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just bold enough to get us through the day anyway.

That something in us, it’s resilience. It’s love. And even when we don’t feel strong, it carries us. Even when we feel like giving up, it reminds us: we’ve made it through every hard day so far. We’re still here. We’re still rising.

So today, let that something be enough to get you out of bed, to face the day, to try again, to get dressed and be “that girl”. It doesn’t have to be a big step. It just has to be forward.

Because there is something in you even if it’s buried beneath the weight that refuses to quit. And that, right there, is your light.
